An inclusive and beginner-friendly yoga class designed for practitioners of all levels to explore the transformative benefits of yoga in just one hour. Join us for a blissful journey of movement, breath, and mindfulness as we cultivate harmony and balance in body and mind. 
 
Led by Sara Impriano , Owner of Sweet Serenity Yoga, this class offers a welcoming space where beginners can feel supported and encouraged to explore the foundations of yoga, while seasoned practitioners can deepen their practice. Each class is thoughtfully crafted to accommodate diverse abilities and backgrounds, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and empowered on their yoga journey. 
 
 During our one-hour session, you will be guided through a series of gentle yoga postures, mindful breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and inner peace. With a focus on proper alignment and breath awareness, you'll learn to move with grace and ease, cultivating a deeper connection to your body and breath.  
Whether you're seeking to release tension, improve flexibility, or simply find moments of serenity in your day, this practice offers something for everyone. 
 
Join us for an hour of rejuvenation, inspiration, and self-discovery on the mat. All levels are welcome, and no prior yoga experience is required. Step onto the mat and embark on a journey of wellness and vitality with Serenity Flow.
 
Please bring your own yoga mat. Mats will not be provided.
