Artists of all skill levels are invited to join Vessna Scheff for a day exploring the medium of watercolor. This workshop will build comfortability in drawing and painting watercolors through exploratory exercises, along with revealing tools and techniques for refining work. The day will include a short tour of the special exhibition “This Earthen Door: Nature as Muse and Material,” a lunch break, and some outdoor drawing exercises (weather-permitting).
All art materials required for the workshop will be provided, but artists are welcome to bring their own supplies as well. Artists may pack their own lunch or purchase from the museum’s Millstone Café.
If you have additional questions or concerns, contact Educator of Adult Community Programs Bailey Gamberg at bgamberg@brandywine.org.
Tickets for events hosted by the Brandywine Conservancy & Museum of Art are non-refundable once within two weeks of the program starting. If there are weather concerns, we will reach out to you for refunds.
