T'ai Chi Chih is a mindful, moving meditation.  

April Leffler will lead attendees in the museum courtyard for 19 slow moving, meditative movements. T'ai Chi Chih for a wonderful way to center and balance oneself. No special clothing or equipment is required.

 

About the Practitioner

April Leffler is a Reiki Master/Teacher, an accredited T’ai Chi Chih® Instructor, a Shamanic Practitioner and member of The Foundation for Shamanic Studies and has a master’s degree in clinical psychology. April teaches Reiki classes and teaches several T’ai Chi Chih® classes at various locations in the Philadelphia suburbs in Pennsylvania.

As a public speaker, she offers workshops and seminars on T’ai Chi Chih®, stress reduction techniques, mindfulness and the mind-body-spirit connection.

April believes very strongly in the power of the human spirit as well as the ability for each of us to awaken and embrace our intrinsic value and self-worth. Her intention is always to serve the Highest Good.
