Studio Spotlight: Steph Fizer Coleman

This event is no longer on sale.

Friday June 17

12:00 PM  –  1:00 PM

Meet illustrator and artist Steph Fizer Coleman as she takes us behind the scenes in her studio where she creates dynamic and colorful paintings, drawings, and digital art. In this virtual program, Steph will share about her creative exercises such as her 100 Day Project of painting a bird a day, and discuss her experiences in book illustration, teaching, and other projects with Laura Westmoreland, Brandywine's Associate Educator for Adult & Community Programs.

Steph Fizer Coleman is an illustrator with a penchant for playful color and rich texture.  Having grown up in a rural area surrounded by nature, it's no surprise that furry and feathered creatures are her favorite subjects to draw.  From her studio in West Virginia, she illustrates informative nonfiction, picture books, greeting cards, puzzles, and other products.

Registrants will receive a link to the live Zoom discussion room in their confirmation email. The room will open 10 minutes prior to the start of the event.
