Please note that this arrival time of 1:00 p.m. is after the final storytelling performance for the day. If you would like to watch the performance, please reserve a time between 10 and 12:30.

Come to Brandywine for a day of animal-themed adventures with art activities offered from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and storytelling performances at 11 and 11:45 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.  Discover artwork inside and outside the Museum featuring dogs, peacocks, horses, cows and everyone’s favorite painting, Portrait of Pig, make colorful animal-inspired masks and puppets and join in a dynamic performance of animal tales with TAHIRA.   

TAHIRA is a storyteller and musician known for her performances of both original work and stories from the African oral tradition.  

Pre-registration is required with seven available arrival times: 10 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11 a.m., 11:30 a.m, 12:00 p.m., 12:30 p.m., or 1:00 p.m. This page will reserve an arrival time at 1:00 p.m. To change your time, click the box that says "Other times."
