Vultures are commonly seen, but often overlooked and underappreciated despite their vital role in maintaining a healthy ecosystem.

During this virtual presentation on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 from 6:30-7:45 p.m. (EST), Katie Fallon, author of Vulture: The Private Life of an Unloved Bird, will share fun facts about these scavengers, including their feeding, nesting, and roosting habits, migratory behaviors, and common misconceptions.  She'll also share what it's like to be up-close-and-personal with Turkey and Black Vultures through her work with the Avian Conservation Center of Appalachia.

Don't miss this fun presentation that will make you see vultures in a new light!
