Fiber Arts Circle
Sunday, October 11 from 1 – 4 pm
Price: Pay-what-you-wish
Are you working on a knit, crochet, embroidery, or other fiber arts project and seeking a little inspiration? Join us for a relaxing afternoon of art, crafting, and tea at this fall Fiber Arts Circle.
The program will begin with a short gallery discussion in the special exhibition, “By Design: The Worlds of Betsy James Wyeth.” Afterwards, participants will enjoy a range of hot teas and a beautiful view of the Brandywine River while working on their fiber arts projects.
Participants are welcome to bring any kind of textile or fiber project they are working on. Extra needles and scissors will be available, but otherwise you must bring all your own materials. Your ticket includes museum admission for the day, and you are welcome to come early to explore the galleries, café, and gift shop before the program.
If you have any questions, please reach out to Educator of Adult and Community Programs, Bailey Gamberg, at bgamberg@brandywine.org or (610) 388-8120.
