Improve your wildlife and plant identification skills with iNaturalist. iNaturalist is a leading nature app designed to help with species identification and connect users with a community of naturalists. Norris Muth, professor of biology at Juniata College, will cover the basics of using iNaturalist for species identification and explain how scientists and natural resource managers are using data collected by the iNaturalist community.

This is Part 1 of a two-part program. Part 2 will be an in-person opportunity for you to practice making observations in iNaturalist and connect with other users on the Brandywine Conservancy & Museum of Art campus in Chadds Ford. Please register separately for Part 2 at brandywine.org/conservancy/events
