Join Penguin Court friend and Pennsylvania Master Naturalist Trainee, Patti Schildkamp, as she presents, "The Disappearing Lawn!" It's not a magic trick, but instead, encouragement to reduce the amount of the traditional green, sterile, monoculture that requires weekly mowing in our yards and to replace it with beautiful, native plants that support wildlife and require less maintenance! Patti will share the importance of converting your lawn and give you tips on how to do so.
This program will take place via Zoom. The Zoom information will be shared upon registration, which is free, although donations are accepted and appreciated. Donations will support programming and outreach at Penguin Court, a preserve of the Brandywine Conservancy, located in Laughlintown, PA.
