Creative Escape: Watercolor Florals

Sold Out!

Wednesday February 26

6:00 PM  –  8:00 PM

Come to Brandywine River Museum of Art to unwind, mingle and make art! Designed for adults who want to awaken their inner artists, this program will include inspiration from watercolor paintings in the museum’s collection, and feature a hands-on painting activity. Participants will learn the basics of painting floral designs with watercolor from artist, Stephanie Ryan, and be guided in painting loosely and intuitively. No experience necessary.

Stephanie Ryan, a Chester County artist, creates art that touches the heart and inspires the creative spirit. Her soothing, soulful, intuitive paintings are inspired by nature and the feelings that bind her to it, creating an introspective mood that connects the viewer with her art. Learn more about the artist at http://www.stephanieryan.com.

The museum will open at 5:30 p.m. with the workshop beginning at 6:00 p.m. Cost includes art materials and light refreshments. BYOB!

Tickets for events hosted by the Brandywine Conservancy & Museum of Art are non-refundable.
