Creative Escape: Experimenting with Egg Tempera

Come to the Brandywine River Museum of Art to unwind, mingle and make art! Designed for adults who want to awaken their inner artists, this program will include inspiration from the museum's collection of paintings by Andrew Wyeth, and feature a hands-on painting activity. Participants will learn the basics of mixing and painting with egg tempera from artist, E. Craig Marcin. Learn this centuries-old method of painting and take home a small work of art!
The museum will open at 5:30 p.m. with the workshop beginning at 6:00 p.m. Cost includes art materials and light refreshments. BYOB!
