Please join us for a fun block party celebration at the Brandywine Museum of Art to commemorate the opening of the landmark exhibition Jerrell Gibbs: No Solace in the Shade.

In addition to exploring the exhibition, guests are invited to enjoy a variety of indoor and outdoor festivities, including:

• Music by DJ Seven in Museum's Courtyard
• In-person artist talk with Jerrell Gibbs and the exhibition's guest curator, Angela N. Carroll
• Food trucks from Hummingbird Island Cuisine, Burrito Feliz Philly, and Jimmy's Famous Seafood Truck
• Cash bar

This event is rain or shine. Tickets for this event are transferable to another person, but not refundable. Tickets include admission into the Museum and Courtyard festivities. Food and drinks are available for purchase; no outside food or drinks are permitted. Children ages four and under are free. Courtyard gates will open at 4 p.m.
