Join us online for a conversation with Wyeth Foundation Curator and Director of the Andrew & Betsy Wyeth Study Center, William L. Coleman, about the development of and highlights from the new exhibition, “By Design: The Worlds of Betsy James Wyeth.”

This upcoming exhibition tells the story of Betsy’s astonishing created worlds across hundreds of acres, including in Maine and in Pennsylvania. Her practice extended to the restoration and adaptive reuse of dozens of historical buildings, the architectural design of new structures, an eclectic collecting practice that shaped highly original interior spaces, and the creation of large-format immersive environmental designs.
